"Airs sérieux et à boire, vol. 3" live from the Philharmonie Luxembourg
The Philharmonie Luxembourg puts on airs... de cour! William Christie and the Arts Florissants soloists will have the pleasure of performing at the Philharmonie Luxembourg on April 22, resuming the third instalment of the "Airs sérieux et à boire." This joyful program of airs de cour, 17th century secular vocal music of the French court, will also be viewable on-line, so that you can enjoy it wherever you are in the world!
- April 22 at 6pm and 8pm: public concerts at the Philharmonie Luxembourg
- April 22 at 8pm (CET): broadcast live on YouTube and Facebook, and then available for replay through April 27.
And since one good thing leads to another, you can also find this programme on the CD "Aux amours, aux plaisirs bergère” from harmonia mundi, coming out on April 30!
