(Re)discover Pasticcio, live from the Festival de Pâques in Aix-en-Provence!
On March 31, 2021, William Christie, Lea Desandre, Jakub Józef Orlinski, and the Arts Florissants instrumentalists are delighted to present a live broadcast of Pasticcio from the Festival de Pâques in Aix-en-Provence. This is truly an event that is not to be missed!
Pasticcio invites you to a unique musical experience in which some of the greatest hits of Baroque music meet jazz standards and musical comedy! For the occasion, William Christie has gathered around him Arts Florissants instrumentalists well-versed in the art of improvisation, and young Baroque stars Lea Desandre and Jakub Józef Orlinski.
After its premiere at the Dans les Jardins de William Christie Festival in 2020, Pasticcio is back in a new version, incorporating movement, to be presented as part of the all-digital edition of the Festival de Pâques in Aix-en-Provence.
