Symphosium "How can young musicians be trained to be professional orchestral players?" at the Philharmonie de Paris

Sensitive intelligence, shared creativity, sound accuracy and collective discipline are some of the skills used by musicians when playing in an orchestra. In the last few years, French and international orchestras – among them the Orchestre de Paris – have developed several orchestra academies, conceived on the model of sessions or curriculum. The comparison with existing models worldwide opens new perspectives to adapt the content of those programmes.
