Join us on September 21 and 22 for a series of outdoor activities and events in the houses of the Quartier des Artistes, in the heart of the village of Thiré: exhibitions, guided tours, tastings... something for everyone to learn and enjoy, whether alone or with the family.

Exhibitions
Illustrator Alain Bouldouyre, creator of numerous drawings of William Christie's gardens, is invited by Les Arts Florissants to be featured during the 2025 European Heritage Days! Discover a selection of his original works, presented exclusively during these two days. An event not to be missed!

Bringing Stones Back to Life: Architectural Drawings
Exhibition
As Chief Architect of Historical Monuments, Matthieu Gillet oversaw the restoration of many buildings in the Quartier des Artistes at the heart of Thiré village. This exhibition of preparatory drawings for these projects invites visitors to adopt a new perspective on the village... and to wander through it, rediscovering its remarkable rural heritage!

Gardens & Guided Tours
Admission: standard ticket €6 / free for children under 12
Exceptionally, for the European Heritage Days, one free guided tour is included with each admission purchased.

Garden opening hours: 10:30am – 6:30pm (last entry at 5:30pm)
Guided tours by the gardeners :
Saturday: 11am, 3pm and 5pm / Sunday: 11am, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm
Initiation to gardening (cutting):
Saturday: 11:15am / Sunday: 2:45pm
Meeting point for the departures of the tour and the initiation to gardening: entrance of the Gardens (in front of the large blue gate).

Food and drink will be available at the Garden Café (Maison de la Fontaine), exceptionally during European Heritage Days. Perfect for taking a break between visits!
